Hotel Manor is situated in Gutkowo, a peaceful and picturesque district of Olsztyn, the capital city of Poland’s Warmińsko-mazurskie Province.We are located only 6 km from the city centre, yet far enough from its noise and hubbub and residential areas.

Thanks to this beneficial location you can enjoy both the idyllic, peaceful nature and the urban facilities of central Olsztyn.

By car the way to Olsztyn from Warsaw takes 2.5 hours (198 km, 124 miles) and from Gdańsk 2 hours (180 km, 113 miles). It only takes 10 minutes to reach us from the city centre, just take the road leading to Morąg, turn into Kanarkowa Street and follow our signposts.

You can also fly to the Szymany airport near the town of Szczytno (65 km, 41 miles).

Rooms

The hotel can accommodate up to 250 guests all-year-round, in elegant and cosy single or double rooms with air conditioning. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a shower or a bath, satellite TV, a radio, a telephone, and access to the Internet. 16 of the rooms are two-level, which makes for family stays of 4 to 5 people. The hotel has also got a few rooms adapted for disabled people, as well as a few luxury apartments with highest standards.

The restaurant is located in two elegant rooms, thanks to which we can arrange to separate organized groups from other hotel guests. You can try delicious dishes of the Polish and European cuisines, with a specific orientation to all kinds of fish.
